Mike Paclik - Owner

A native Austinite, Mike is a graduate from Texas A&M University College of Architecture's Construction Science program. Mike has been building and developing real estate projects in Austin since 1999 and has received numerous accolades for his design+build work, including multiple local, regional and national awards from the Texas Association of Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, and National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Ben Johnson - Operations Manager

As an Austin native and father of three, Ben brings a tremendous amount of operational experience and skillsets that make our business run smoothly. With an extensive background in teaching, Ben has a knack for organization, planning and supply chain management that keeps our back office running smoothly. His ultimate goal is to ensure the vision for your project comes together as frictionless as possible and in a timely manner.
